Get ready for our next Zoom meeting on August 3rd!
Whether or not you are registered for our October program in New Orleans, you’ll enjoy our virtual session on “Creating Our Post-Pandemic New Normal.” We’ll draw on our members’ own experiences and expertise in discussing such issues as:
- Which pandemic-induced changes are we retaining in either our families or organizations?
- How are we returning to work? In this period of uncertainty and polarization, what policies regarding vaccination, masking, and remote working are we following ourselves and creating for the organizations we lead?
- How has COVID affected the community-oriented initiatives we pursue and the non-profit organizations we support?
- What post COVID resources did we come across that are worth sharing with SERGE members?
In addition to this discussion, we’ll preview some SERGE NOLA highlights and solicit your input for topics, peer facilitators, and guest speakers. We’ll also share ideas for new members of the SERGE family who might attend our October retreat. Please feel free to invite qualified candidates to attend this Zoom call, but let us know in advance and provide background and contact information on any guests.
Our 60-minute virtual session will be held at 8 am PT/11am ET on Tuesday, August 3rd. If you won’t be attending October’s meeting, here’s your opportunity to connect with your SERGE friends.
