We’re looking forward to gathering in Santa Monica for the 2027 SERGE Retreat. With its beautiful coastline, relaxed atmosphere, incredible dining, and iconic Southern California setting, Santa Monica will be a wonderful place to step away from day-to-day demands and spend focused time together.

All social activities from Sunday evening through Wednesday morning are included in your retreat fee and will include the full group of entrepreneurs and spouses/significant others.

Sunday, June 6

Early Arrivals (Optional)

If you’d like to arrive early and enjoy Santa Monica, our group rate may be available for additional nights before or after the retreat, based on availability. Please let Mary Lou know as soon as possible if you’re interested in extending your stay.

Afternoon

Check-in at Shutters on the Beach.

Evening

We’ll kick off the retreat with an opening reception and dinner to reconnect, meet new members, and ease into the week together.

Monday, June 7

Morning

• Group breakfast

• SERGE welcome/program overview; Entrepreneur and +1 partner self intros 

• Learning program till noon

Afternoon

Entire group goes on an off-premises excursion that includes lunch and a specially selected experience that also facilitates casual conversation and deepening relationships.

Evening

We'll break into small groups of about 5-8 people for an intimate dine around experience at premier restaurants in the area, typically walkable from our host hotel venue.

Evening

We’ll wrap up our retreat activities with a closing reception — a chance to reflect on what we’ve learned, strengthen friendships, and talk through what’s next.
