Seasoned investment banker and board member of leading closely-held companies. Trained at Wall Street's largest firms, David and his firm have completed 140 assignments since 1993, specializing in the growth and sale of great private companies.
From upstate NY, VT and NYC, David is known for brains, heart, relationships and results as manifest in David N. Deutsch & Company (leading NY-based investment banking boutique), TheBoardAdvisor (advises great private company owners and boards), The Presidents Council (consortium of CEOs, Wall Street execs, and family offices), and the Saratoga Weekend aka "Camp David" (three days of business-and-broader discussion among business leaders, capital providers, journalists, government officials and others, now in its 25th year).
When he's not advising clients or doing "board stuff," David does triathlons, studies Krav Maga and is a single Dad to three above-average children.
