• Retreat opens with evening cocktail reception and dinner at the historic Ritz Carlton, New Orleans French Quarter.

Thursday, October 20, 2022:

• Hosted breakfast at the Ritz Carlton’s Crescent View Room.
• All day Learning sessions (see Learning Program description) 
• Lunch at the Ritz.
• Evening: We will have cocktails and dinner at the famous Arnoud’s Restaurant on Bourbon Street, the perfect setting for intimate conversations with a mix of old and new friends.

Friday, October 21, 2022:

• Hosted breakfast at the Ritz Carlton’s Crescent View Room.
• Learning session (see Learning Program description).
• Hosted lunch at House of Blues French Quarter.
• New Orleans Jazz Band’s Second Line Parade through the French Quarter with hundreds of Krewe of Boo members.
• Specialty drinks at Pat O’Brien’s Bar in the French Quarter.
• Evening: We’ll enjoy a closing reception and dinner at Galatoire's, giving us an opportunity to build on friendships and help each other.

SERGE All Inclusive Retreat Fee $3,650

• The base registration fee is $3,650 and covers all expenses for two people, including: 3 nights at The Ritz Carlton; all meals, beverages and snacks; the Second Line Parade group excursion on Friday afternoon; entertainment; transportation for group events, meeting room charges and other expenses as outlined in the FAQ.

Ride in Krewe of Boo, Halloween Parade $1,100 per person

Saturday October 22, 2022 – Ride in Krewe of Boo, New Orleans’ Mardi Gras/Halloween Parade: SERGE’s Rolling Party Through American's Most Unique City!

• Ride on SERGE's Halloween-themed Mardi Gras float through the streets of New Orleans, as you throw beads to more than 150,000 people. SERGE participants as well as their family and friends are all welcome to enjoy this once in a lifetime experience. Dress as your favorite character and enjoy New Orleans specialties like jambalaya and crawfish, and the after-party. Please note that there will be a special viewing area for the SERGE participants and spouses who would prefer to just watch the Krewe of Boo Halloween parade.
• A jambalaya lunch will be provided the afternoon of the parade.
• Participants will be given a bead throw package, which will be loaded onto our SERGE float.
• Make-up artists will be provided to enhance your costume.
• Admission to the after-party is included.

Sunday October 23: Depart for home or extend your stay for personal time.
