By Invitation Only

Saturday, June 2

Early arrivals (optional – any expenses will be borne by attendees as they are not included in the retreat fee).

Vail Village features many attractive choices for the arts, shopping, recreation, dining and scenic beauty. Our venue page lists a few area highlights we think exceptional enough to check out but can’t fit into our retreat schedule.

Some will arrive early to take advantage of those highlights, perhaps also to share a little quality private time with friends from prior SERGE’s.

Early arrivals may choose to join a small group attending San Francisco’s famous Beach Blanket Babylon – a hilarious pop culture comedy musical revue show celebrated with more than 15,000 performances. Following the 6pm show we will go for dinner at a nearby restaurant in the North Beach Italian District. Show ticket and dinner for this optional event are NOT included in the SERGE fee. The organizer will collect funds for show ticket following SERGE registration. Dinner expenses will be divided up equally among participants that evening.

All social activities from Sunday evening to Tuesday include the full group of entrepreneurs and spouses/significant others and are included in the SERGE retreat fee.

Sunday, June 3

Early check in may be requested. While waiting for room assignment, SERGE attendees may use our welcome reception room and will also have full access to the resort facilities.

We’ll enjoy an outdoor reception along Vail Creek then dinner at The Sonnenalp’s Ludwig’s Restaurant glass ceilinged terrace featuring beautiful mountainside view of Vail Valley as all attendees get to know each other in a relaxed setting.

Monday, June 4

Group breakfast at The Sonnenalp [Followed by the learning program till noon]

We are finalizing plans for an off premises lunch and a group outing to explore a Vail area highlight.

We will break into groups of about 6-8 persons to dine in pre-selected Vail Village restaurants for intimate conversation with a mix of old and new friends.

Tuesday, June 5

Group breakfast and lunch at The Sonnenalp

[To be followed by learning program till late afternoon]

We’ll enjoy a closing reception and dinner in a special Vail venue as our opportunity to build on friendships and help each other.
